What does it mean, to be spiritual?

What would advancing in spirituality look like to you?

Spirituality to me means to live a life of Truthfulness and Kindness. Knowing the temporary nature of all materialistic things and aiming for spiritual goals like rising above negative tendencies like anger, lust etc and doing something for the benefit of the world.

Advancing spiritually would mean becoming kinder, more peaceful and happy, doing something for the benefit of the world. And walking the path with dedication and focus.

Hello, do you adhere to any practice or faith specifically? 27F and I do feel lonely as well. Returned home to my own country after nearly a decade. I don't know anyone apart from family and an acquintance from evangelical church. I used to go to a Buddhist temple in England and practiced meditation. I can't say I am good or disciplined but would like a friend.
