7 cups have inspired me by helping me so much in many ways!
It taught me to be more empathetic and helpful towards people in need of help... I'll be forever grateful to 7 Cups. ❤

Originally, I was very messed up when I found 7cups and needed a listener. I may indeed try to get paid therapy on here at some point.
Later, I came back to do some listening myself, because I was really into the idea of making a career out of counseling. I decided against that, because life reasons mostly, but I might come back and do more eventually.
Lately, it serves as a reminder to my focus on my well-being. I find it hard to keep up with journaling, but check-ins and occasional thread correspondence feel like they serve the same purpose. I don't get to look back on them like I do my journals, and they don't have the cryptic messages and random doodles, but it feels really constructive and sincere. It's hard to pinpoint how much it does for me and how, but I'm really glad to have this.
7cups has given me more courage to reach out, and be more compassionate!
7cups has inspired me to move out of my comfort zone and venture into new areas to help others.

People in my occupation tend to be rather introverted; that being said we all would rather hold our cards next to our chests than reveal them. I have wanted to become more open and have a greater understanding as to why I do this. And because of 7 Cups I am slowly learning that it is ok to reveal some of my shortcomings and have the chance to work on them here. Thank you 7 Cup communities. ☕️
7 cups inspires me to keep pushing myself to grow.
@CheeryMango It has inspired me to acknowledge my own feelings and to see the importance of talking about how I feel. Cups has become a second family to me and it's through this community that I realize how talking about things make you strong, not shoving them deep down. It's inspired me to realize that seeking help is okay and that it's okay to not be okay all the time. Happy Cupsgiving, wonderful humans!
