Unfortunately I had to live that scenario, when I was broke and having to stay with friends who wouldn't stop ordering pineapple pizza. I didn't have a lot of food options besides their leftovers.. 😅

What is your favourite book and why?

“The Girl Who Owned a City”.
It’s a YA dystopian novel about a world where all the adults have d**d from a virus, and the kids have to learn to survive and thrive. It sounds really depressing, but the hope and ingenuity and the smarts of the girl in the story are SO inspiring! I’ve read it possibly dozens of times over the course of my life <3

It’s soooo good and doesn’t read like it’s written for the younger set :)

It doesn’t mention technology except for cars with gasoline, which makes it completely timeless, which is why it’s been PERFECT for my entire life <3
