Yes, for certain particular tattoos. One time I met a guy with the "lightning bolt" SS emblem on one forearm...didn't think too highly of him. Basically I don't judge anyone with artistic tats--those ate interesting, often with stories behind them. Neo-N∆zi or gang tattoos, on the other hand...
If I remember correctly, the N**i symbol was based off a Buddhist symbol, or something similar. How awful that someone took something innocent and made it evil :’(
