I'm new/ old member but normally I keep to myself. My name is Sandy.
Life keeps me on my toes so I don't get to be on as a full time member. Would love to be one day. I am battling not only stage 4 cancer, but also a few other health conditions .. one being a bit rare. I find the therapist I have on here is and has been amazing for me. However as I looked into the category list, I saw illness and chronic pain, but it's not letting me post. Its okay but I'm wondering if there is a category here for medication's? What ppl have experienced, what they find works for them, what doesn't, etc. I am finding myself having to make a life altering choice before Monday on a certain med and it sure would be nice to have another's point of view if there has been others who may be on or was on it. It's a med called (Specific med name removed by SF). Its for a I.T.Pump..
Anyway.. just my thoughts. I will forever be thankful for 7 cups and Tim!! Going to see if I can post in the cancer area. God bless....

Hey there! Good luck fighting your cancer! I edited your post to remove the med name as we don't share specific meds on here as none of us are professionals. You are more than welcome to discuss side effects how they affect you, etc. If you need to talk about the med in specific I recommend cancer forums.
@omastars I don't know what is going on with the chronic illness and chronic pain sections, you should be able to post to them. Give another try if you wish and then submit a support ticket.
Posting in the disability support forums should be the same as posting on most of the forums, including this part, we don't have any additional requirements.
There is no section for medications, as naming any med/drug is against the community guidelines (not something I agree with BTW, but I follow). You can name classes of medications, so stating things like a chemotherapy drug, immunosuppresant, opioid, immunoglobulin product, etc. is ok.
