Awesome sauce, I did that before and it was cool. Congrats on being so freakin brave! Not just reaching out but then also sharing here. It’s like we have to battle so many demons and then are like ‘oh well huh that wasn’t so bad’ or whatever.
@unknownsbound
@Dalladi thanks for the kind words it means a lot. I hope i'll only be able to continue to grow from here.
@unknownsbound, so good to hear from you again! Way to put yourself out there. I'm so glad you got a good response. Rooting for you! ~ Lala
@LalaLives thank you so much for the kind words, Lala!! it means a bunch. Nice to see you around :) !
😭 Yesssss! Exactly! Past trauma by someone i love (a parent) lead me to believe that everyone was going to get mad at me, not like me as much anymore, dismiss whatever I say, think I'm stupid for making mistakes, judge me in some other way, or something else like that that would make me feel even more worthless than I already felt. But I've learned that there are other people who aren't like that. They're amazing and think I am too. 🥺
You are amazing. Don't ever let what you do - mistakes, what other people say you are, etc - become who you are. It's good to try to be a better person, but don't sell yourself short. Don't limit yourself. I love you 💕
("If people can hate people they've never met before, I can love someone I've never met before" - some cool person who put this on a yard sign once)
@intelligentPark1255 I totally understand where you're coming from. I don't usually reach out because I feared that whoever I was talking to would get mad and that's all because of my Dad enforcing that idea onto me. I've found people to support me and it's been really nice. thank you for the kind words it means a lot to me!!
Everyone is doing their best because otherwise they would be doing something else.
Remember your parents are scared and angry, fearful and struggling too!
They’re little inner child is suffering otherwise their behaviour would be different.
Could you forgive the people, places and things that hurt you?
I listen to Louise Hay’s meditations on this at her YouTube channel.
Check it out and get back to me about what you think about her stuff 👌
@unknownsbound
@Dalladi I am not a very resentful person and I understand that people that act a certain way have issues that need to be resolved. I can forgive and forget but sometimes it is challenging.
I am currently listening to one of the meditations and it seems very nice at the moment. thank you for recommending this to me!
@unknownsbound- gosh so glad to hear it worked out for you. I did the same thing in a sort of a way, and it validated my own self worth. wish i had done it sooner. Keep up the good work, you matter.
@barncat Hey! I'm glad things have worked out for you as well. I can only hope that good things can continue to happen to you! thanks a bunch. <3
Awesome! I'm so happy to hear that this went well for you and that you finally were able to take that step!
We're all always fighting an uphill battle, but having some people around us that support us can be the ladder we need to reach a platform and take a break to sharpen our weapons again. I'm really happy for you!
