          Many people have realized that and maybe limited or quit social media... the social media world is fake and imo creates issues. If someone sees behind the curtain, they find the person staged things to look a certain way hoping others envy them.   For the fakers their embarrassed and humiliated when the fake is uncovered.

          I have lost real friends that way a friend always posted themselves doing expensive things and travel and such. Even the most self-esteemed person can think how can they do that all the time...

        One I found out even though they were grown people, their parents funded lavish vacations etc.  ones they portrayed to people they worked with that they were so better off...  people lost respect for finding they were doing that.

     My boss told me his EX often one day every vacation had a day they dressed up had whole family dress up had hair done etc  to make vacation photos look like a glamour shot.  he went along for years lost some respect that he fed the ex-person's " look at me" delusion.

@vegatune

Social media creates unrealistic expectations and comparisons.

That are not healthy.

And superficial attitudes.

It's best to minimize our time using it in my opinion 🩷

Temu sells fake money.

you never know who is holding something fake and telling you lies.

I got off social media last year and it has been a blessing!
