a realization

It’s funny when people ask “how are you?” irl most peole would respond “fine or nothing much” but then we go on the internet to talk about how miserable our life is.

@idlegaze

Aw that's quite a realization, sad in a way, that most of us don't feel comfortable to be more "real" in *real* life, so to speak, and talk about how we really feel.

Grateful everyday though, to have a platform as 7 cups where people do feel more comfortable being them, talking about them and seeking support.

Thank*you* to for being a listener here, willing to support more people providing them the safe space they need, make them feel less alone and more cared for. 💛

Just doing what I would do if I was in need! Thank you too! In truth, the reality is saddening

@idlegaze

It is true for a few reasons.....

one being we do not feel comfortable speaking up IRL ..... or those around us cannot handle what we are sharing....most if you do open up want to say things like oh yeah that happens and change subject or dismiss your feelings. ASAP

getting it out even here online is like a relief valve at least helping a bit.

@idlegaze Ahaan, we react in the first one... automatic reply. And the other one's our expression where we find it suitable :)

@idlegaze I mean in the internet no one knows who you are and they can't really judge you. I guess that's what's making us feel more safe to Express ourselves.
