28th birthday
Today is my birthday and I been no contact with my abusive narcissistic ex for 25 days. It’s a struggle but I’m doing it. Going with my mom and bro to a beach cottage for the night for my bday! Gonna pick up a book so I can read on the beach ! To a new version of me who doesn’t let people treat me like *** and not me falling for the hope of someone :/
