@Areeji I like when my Dad yells at me for being anxious and just says "Get over it" or says I have problems because "I don't eat enough vegetables" hes a huge *** basically, I had a mental breakdown and was complete out of it for 2 years. Yeah like I was faking staring at walls drooling for fun...

@Areeji

Really thankful to you for sharing this ! From experience it's TRUE that majority hesitate to discuss more about their mental health issues because of misunderstanding of it .

People who are overly going through a lot of ( stress anxiety and depression loneliness) they get few more things like sudden anxiety and panic attacks and fear feeling in their gut and other stuff .. which they cannot able to explain in words . Few times it can trigger their mental health after Sharing  ( this happens mostly due to .. other person not able to understand them perfectly) .so eventually person who's going through this internal battles stop explaining him/herself to everyone .

I hope everyone who's going through a lot ,Puts step forward and be brave in the process of your overall journey,  self care and making yourself feel better . And remind yourself you're never alone going through this.
