Anger release/ tame?

What is the best way you find to release your anger in a healthy way, tame it or channelise it to productivity?

For me ... every time I show love to someone, my anger from my own issues, fades a little.

I really enjoy caring. The more I do, the more I'm free from my own demons.

For example, Ive been feeling a little angry from some hurt / injustice I perceived around me from a few people... and I decided to shift my focus to doing something good for someone.... like I bought a gift for someone im planning to visit next week. And it made me feel like a good person who is trying to do the best I can with her life in all the ways I know. That made my anger dissipate.

What do you do to deal with your anger at people/life / yourself ?

@Creamyyy

For me it's feeling it, getting it out, through boxing!

Dancing.

Running.

Smashing plates, don't worry not around anyone 😂

Meditation/mindfulness

If i dont check it early its no stopping it but if I can sooth it when it first comes up its manageable

I've never thought about anger in terms of tamining or channelising it. Like if I'm angry on someone, I should be like 'F**k you, just wait and see how I am going to finish this unfinished project of mine."

I vent to friends or listeners. Or I write a message as if it was to the person I am rageful or hateful of.
