A nice cry out
Sometimes
You don't need a solution or support to heal yourself.....
Sometimes
You just need a nice cry out so your heart can feel lite and your soul can heal yourself
@straightforwardMango6100 a good cry always helps me💖
So how long it's been you cried last time?
@straightforwardMango6100 about 2 weeks ago💖does it help you too?
Yea it helps that's the reason I write this post ... So 2 weeks huh so if I may ask what was the result for your wet eyes 🧐?
I use to believe in this. I understand, cry is a dopaminergic process, and overall is cathartic. Lately, cry doesn't even work because let it go everything I being feeling at the same time can make more damage, more if I don't have even time because I'm out of home from 5am to 20pm, study, pray, asist classes, exercise at the gym, sleep well, eat, clean, study English and Arabic. Weeks ago i stoppedand cry a lot and was bad for my exams. But do something and don't simply stand or lay down and cry, but, take an action suits more, because at least i don't feel and don't harm my academic life and my health. But yeah, is not perfect, as a man no one cares, they yes "oh come on, yes we do" but at the ebd of the day their actions speak for them selfs, so, I have to help my self letting me to process all the horrible things are happening and always happened to me, slowly in order, just, to exist. That's my perspective.
I've been functioning in a different way from last several years. I don't cry. But when I'm having painful thoughts my head gets heavy, I feel dizzy and everything slows down
@Creamyyy
No deep thought here, just sincerest condolences. I truly wish you better times, you're a bright light in my life.
@cyanessence that's such a touching thing to say, it's always nice to connect with you.
Anxiety like this comes and goes... I take rest and get back up when I feel fine again... this is life.. I'm sure it'll get better with time given the upward trend ... thank you <3
it really helps
@straightforwardMango6100 Have a ton of resentment I'm working through and when I found out crying releases anger I decided I needed to be less of an edge lord and cry more often. It's working and now when I feel like crying I go and do it.
