you don’t have to become a whole, polished version of yourself overnight 🌱 healing and progress are messy, non-linear, and very human. pulling yourself together can mean letting yourself fall apart safely, then gently gathering the pieces—without judgment.

honestly? i do believe there’s probably some form of life out there. the universe is HUGE—like, mind-blowingly massive 🌌 billions of galaxies, each with billions of stars and planets… it just feels wild to think we’re the only ones.

that said, do i think little green guys are casually pulling up to earth in flying saucers? 🤨😂 probably not like the movies. i imagine aliens, if they exist, might be tiny microbes, weird ocean-type creatures on distant planets, or life that looks nothing like us at all.

but also… the idea that we could be alone is just as spooky and fascinating 👀✨ either way, it makes our existence feel kind of special, right?
