What do you like to do in your free time?? Do you have any hobbies that you are passionate about (aside from being awesome, here at 7 Cups - though that definitely counts too!)
PS. Love your pic!! 😸 Blessed Be and well met.
@PhoenixKitty92
These all sound like great things to fill your time! Im not sure if have ever heard of "cupsing". Would you be willing to explain it to me?
@PhoenixKitty92
Cupsing refers to being on seven cups 🥰

@PhoenixKitty92

Heyy Lex!!🤍 I’m always curious about this question, as I’ve felt it at moments. Why does sadness make us wonder if our happiest moments were real or just an illusion?
@MeilleureAmie
I think sadness has a way of pulling us into its gravity, making everything else especially happiness feel distant or unreal. When we’re hurting, our brains focus on protecting us, so they can distort our memories a bit. The joy we once felt can start to seem like it belonged to someone else, or like it wasn’t as real as the pain we feel now.
But here’s the thing: sadness doesn’t erase the happiness that came before it, it just clouds our view for a while. 🌧️ The laughter, warmth, and love you’ve felt were real; they existed in their own moments of truth. What sadness does is remind us how precious and fragile those feelings are and how deeply human it is to long for them again. 🌤️
It’s okay to wonder if happiness was ever real, but maybe the more comforting truth is that both happiness and sadness are part of the same story. the one that proves how deeply you can feel. 💛
@LexListens2025 What's happiness?
@GreenOrange31
For me, happiness isn’t always that big “everything’s perfect” feeling — it’s more like a bunch of tiny, cozy moments stitched together. ☀️ Like when someone really listens, when you laugh so hard your face hurts, or when you finally feel a bit of peace after a rough day.
I think sometimes we expect happiness to be loud and sparkly, but it can also be quiet — like a soft little reminder that we’re okay, even if just for a moment. 💛
So yeah, to me, happiness is found in those little bursts of light that sneak into ordinary days. 🌼
@LexListens2025
What if these tiny moments no longer make you happy, or they are unable to fulfill your idea of happiness? It's like someone pouring drops of fresh water into a dirty pond, where it makes no difference at all.

What motivated you to join 7 Cups?
Bonus: How did you get to be such a sweetheart 😛❤️
@Heather225
Honestly, what motivated me to join 7 Cups was my love for listening! 🌷 I’ve always been that friend who loves to just sit, listen, and help people feel heard and cared for. It’s something that’s always come naturally to me — I truly believe that sometimes, all someone needs is a safe space to just be.
I joined 7 Cups because I wanted to give others the kind of support and understanding I didn’t always have when I needed it most. 💌 Creating a little corner of comfort, where someone can talk without feeling judged, means everything to me. So here I am — happy to listen, chat, and sprinkle a little kindness wherever I can! ☕✨
For your bonus question: I was born this way 😂😛💜
