Back after almost a year!

Hey everyone!

I've been away for quite some time (just over a year) while I've dealt with a lot of personal issues.

I've had numerous issues to handle such as my own mental health (keeping it under control), my kids, family and just life in general.

I'm not going to bore you with the facts, but it's great to be back and remember to take some time away if you need it, internet detox is good for people and after such a long break from the negativity of some of the internet, its nice to come back to an amazing, accepting and supportive site like 7cups to pull life together again and speak to amazing people.
