Be Honest 💕
If you had to be honest in this exact moment, no mask, no filter, what word or sentence would describe how you feel?
I wonder how I got here, why didn't I see i needed help. I miss my kids I just want to hug them.
living dead. i don’t eat, i don’t talk. i just sleep all day, and when i'm awake, i feel empty. i have no motivation to do anything. its like i'm breathing, but i'm not really alive, just existing, like a human shell with nothing left inside.
@lostatmidnight
I'm so sorry that you feel this way and can I say, thank you for being so lovely to someone else despite feeling so empty yourself 💕💜 Depression just takes over, drags you in, it's hard when you are not eating, or showering or exercising because this inevitably makes you feel worse, it's a hard cycle to break out of. Its important to even try as hard as it seems to do small, manageable things daily that allows you to feel better about things, because ultimately you deserve not to feel like this and to be happy 💕💜
thank you… you have no idea how much i needed to hear that. i just hope my family and even my girlfriend can see that i’m really trying so hard to be a better person, not just for myself, but for them too. you’re honestly making me cry right now. i’ve been wanting to cry for so long, but nothing ever comes out… i didn’t expect this to be the thing that finally would. thank you so much. this really meant more than i can say.
@lostatmidnight
Crying helps, it's a release.
You are definitely not a bad person at all, I've no doubt about that. Your gf, and your family surely love you, and sometimes our loved ones don't know how to reach us, because we push them away unintentionally, you need to try and be honest and let them support you, you deserve to return to being happy,
you’re right… i think i really do push them away without meaning to. i just get scared they’ll get tired of me or feel too heavy around me, so u try to protect them from whatever o'm feeling. but i also know i can’t keep doing that if i want to keep them. i need them. i want to learn how to let them help me too. thank you for reminding me that:)
@lostatmidnight
I feel exactly the same it’s awful and I hope it goes away . Sending hugs 🤗 I’m sorry you’re going through this
i’m so sorry for your loss. i saw on your profile that you lost your dad this march... that must be so hard. i know that feeling too cause i also lost someone i saw as a father. he wasn’t my biological dad, but he stepped up and loved me like his own. it’s been a long time, but the grief still lives in me. sometimes, it feels like it’s the only part of me that still does. also, i admire you for still wanting to help people around you. i used to be like that too, until it slowly started to drain me. so i just want to remind you that before you help others, make sure you’re helping yourself too:) sending you a long, warm hug, the kind you might need right now. grief doesn’t just go away, but i’ll be praying we both learn how to carry it better, and slowly, find our way through.
@Amanda84 I’m feeling pretty under the weather. I struggle with Misophonia, and I sometimes feel like I am the problem. Often, people will judge me for it and make fun of me. My self-esteem has been deteriorating by the day.
@candles23
Im sorry you feel under the weather, sending you healing hugs. Could you please tell me what misophonia is? Would appreciate it 💕
@Amanda84
Hii Amanda,
Misophonia is basically a strong reaction towards sounds that other people usually aren't bothered with. For me, those sounds are chewing, pen tapping, and etc. When i'm in an exam and there's someone who's constantly tapping their pen, it bothers me so much to the point that i find it kind of difficult to concentrate on my exam, meanwhile my friends said that they don't even notice that someone's been tapping their pen all throughout the exam. Have you ever felt the same way?
@candles23
Hey, i struggle with misophonia too, and i think it's not our fault we have misophonia. For me i was just born with it, it's not something that i chose to have, and it's not something that you chose to have either. You're not the problem and i'm sorry to hear that people are judging you due to your misophonia. Having misophonia is not something to be ashamed of and i think it can be treated too with the help of a therapist. Sending you support 💙
@Amanda84 Troubled, not good, stressed. But this is because I'm anxious at the moment because of something. Normally I'm much better.
@genericbeing
Ah my friend, I hope that this passes over soon, you've been through it 💜💕
@Amanda84
I feel mentally exhausted.
I've been struggling for years and it gets worse
Right now I have no desire to live.
Is there hope for me?
Will I ever find happiness again?
@dynamicBeechwood5310
One hundred percent, there is hope for you. I'm sorry that youve been struggling for years, it feels endless and that there's no way out, but there is always a solution, we just need to see it, you matter, you deserve peace and happiness and ending things is never the way out 💜💕
