Itchy. Why is my skin so itchy??? I have a rash . Ewwww
My face is hot.
Then my over thinking brain. Is it hives ? Is it eczema? Is it heat rash.
Because I’m stuck on that, I just took 5 mgs off melatonin instead of the recommended dose of 2.5mgs —crap!!!! am I ok? Ahhhhh!!!!!! 🫤

I think you should be fine, put some cream in the rash, get your body temperature down, get some water into it and some rest, hopefully it will have cleared in the morning 💜💕
