I came here to feel heard and I leave feeling miserable.
I think this site has got worse in last 5 years.
I ll get out of my cr aps somehow, but imagine people who are much deeper in them, they come here and get the same cold treatment from certain " listeners". How are they feeling?
How will they feel? Much , much worse. They ll probably make a conclusion based on their experience here, and next time rather take some pills or even worse option than to try talking / sharing with another " listener".
Listen to me if you are a Listener, I ll say this only once.
