last few days been really down not sure if weather as it very hot or the health stuff or few other personal things but others who know me well just think i always doing ok or am fine guess it just i not one to voice how i really feeling as that was not allowed around family from kid up also was not allowed when i was married around hubby and his family
so it feel odd to even say how i feel and give it a voice

thank you i use to being put down and shamed when i state how i feeling sometimes i hear things like lean on Jesus or your not really praying about this your holding om to it let it go give it to God so yes that why it hard to open up state what i really feeling
so feel ashamed of self when feeling some ways and disappointed in self too but i do know this come from others when i was a child and even now just hard to change them thoughts
