truth is right now i angry at myself for falling back into unhealthy coping skills this year so far been crazy and bad things that happened first of 2026 now be hitting me harder then i thought they would be

thank you some of this is due to trigger warning brother getting murdered i think maybe i was in shock and now that wear off yes he abused me a lot but still he was my brother so mixed feeling over that then the SI coming back that i not done in years and the ED too so i trying to not be upset with self but truth is i am very angry at self it not help that others in family not care about me at all even the younger ones who adults so yes it kinda throw me off a lot
