Don't Name the Days!
There are days. Some good, some bad. But who actually knows which day is good and which one is bad? How do you even differentiate a good day from a bad one?
Days are just days.
Mondays are usually the worst for a lot of people. On the other hand, they are the best for some. People who love their work will love Mondays, and people who don't will love Sundays. In the end, it's just US who make a day bad or good.
Imagine you're having breakfast, you're already late for work, and your coffee slips and ruins your clothes. It feels like your whole day is ruined too. But do you really think some coffee is worth ruining your whole day?
Maybe you'll even like that same shirt more because it smells like coffee.
We don't have to find good in everything. Life would already be better if we just try our best not to find negativity in everything.

This is insightful actually. A tiny great thing happens but we don’t celebrate it the entire day and then a tiny ‘bad’ thing happens and it’s automatically a “bad day”. I guess many of us are wired to thinking this way 🫠 it does help to become aware and do our bit into ensuring we don’t cling onto the harsh feelings.
I think it mostly just depends on the number of bad vs. good things hapening and your overall mood at the end of the day not what day it is.

This is so true. Perspective matters! ❣️
But, how can someone find joy in life when they are overworked, even if they genuinely love what they do? So, in such a situation, how can a person maintain their mental peace? 😊
