Good insight and really highlights how we have the freedom to make our own choices without feeling compelled to justify them, and at the same time, we shouldn't expect others to automatically grasp/endorse our decisions. While we control our actions and explanations (or sometimes lack thereof), we don't control how others react or interpret them. And ultimately, that's okay. It frees us from the burden of seeking external validation while also acknowledging that others have their own perspectives and reactions, which are equally valid!
