A musician that i've loved since I was a teenager, Mother Mother. A song by them "try to change" moves my emotions a lot because it the lyrics

Growing up autistic, very hyper, or too much for people, i've always have had to be different for people to like me even as an adult. Sometimes, i'm ashamed for trying to be a different person in my past the few years to make people like me, even though it wasn't me. Therefore, i've been starting to heal from everything since I was a teenager, and embrace who I am. And although change is inevitable, I've noticed that even if I change in a good way that helps me better my mental health, I should change the real version of me that I hide all the time.

When I'm sad I like to hear other sadness. Makes me feel less alone I guess.

I love the song Hope by Arlo parks. It reminds me that I am not going through life on my own and that I can reach out to people when I feel in need.
