If you could write a letter to your past self, what would it say?
Imagine you could send a message to the person you used to be—maybe to comfort them, give them advice, or remind them of something important. What would you say? Would you warn them about something? Tell them they’ll be okay? Or maybe just let them know they are loved?
This is a safe space to share your thoughts, reflections, and maybe even find a little closure. Feel free to write as much or as little as you want <3

Letters to self are a wonderful idea always, thanks for the space!🌻
Dear self,
Please be kind to yourself and take good care of yourself. Stand strong, you're a Bravo 💪🏻. You've always been and always gonna be the star ⭐ of your own story, be it wherever you are in your life.
Afterall, when you turn back to your life in your last breaths, you will have a little smile on your face thinking of your innocence and stupidity.
Remember, the only person you should think of depending upon is yourself. Loving a person doesn't mean you are not capable of doing your things by yourself. It's okay to make mistakes, just learn from them and move onnnn!
I love you, forever and ever and ever!
❤️

"Burn it before reading! - in case I could give you too many details about your future below.
It's not a human's thing to know your future too well. I am not gonna make your worry or spoil the surprises 😉
Just be mindful. Because with every step you take you are stepping on somebody's lives or dreams. Including yours..."
i would tell them that how much i love them and care about them and that im here for them.
1. Do not get married till way later in life
2. Set boundaries and stick with them
3. Love hard and.trust your intuition on all things
4. Do not be afraid to let people go.
5. You are beyond beautiful, see yourself clearly
6. Buy stock in apple, Google, Amazon and grab Bitcoin when it becomes a thing! Lol
Be more sexually active while you're young. Will help you tremendously in the next coupla decades. TRUST ME
@29etienne92 That's interesting advice. We experience things we never thought we would, and then we wish we could give our younger selves the awareness of those situations.
I wanted to say something short, to the point and very serious. My confidence and inexperience in this area are very low. I basically never bloomed. I'm 51 now and this has affected all of the handful of relationships I've had from high school until now.
@29etienne92 I'm sorry you had to go through a hard time. I know you've been through a lot and I know that sometimes we tend to regret a lot of things. But we shouldn't be so hard on ourselves. Our journey is important, but it doesn't have to be perfect. Every day is a new chapter and we are all worthy of living the life we need to. And you deserve it. Your past choices don't define you. They are just part of your learning journey. Let's not give up hope and take it all as a challenge to be better than we ever were💜
Be authentic, don't wear masks - it's exhausting, embrace your true self always and let yourself shine.
Maintain your friendships and don't take people who care about you for granted. Friends are family. Keep the real one's close.
Don't let fear about finances get in the way of pursuing your creativity. Be an artist.
If love comes your way, trust it don't question it. Let it in and it will bloom. Always keep your heart open never closed.
Invest as much energy as you can travelling - and I don't just mean holidays abroad if you're fortunate enough to go on holiday. I mean have adventures. Walk and cycle lots. See and experience. Keep moving and don't spend long sitting, unless meditating.
(I just would add a final thought, that predicates everything above and is the very reason I've spent my entire life feeling stuck and failing);
Please dear boy, be emotionally open with your parents and not scared to ask for their help. Don't be embarrassed to tell them you think you might be autistic and that you also desperately struggle with focus/attention (which we would now refer to as ADHD). Don't spend your life feeling lost, an outsider, incapable of functioning and fitting in. Please please please seek professional help and diagnosis.
You are not broken at all, you beautiful boy. You are not broken or worthless or hopeless. You are unique and special and full of magic. With some guidance and tools we are going to unlock that magic for you.
Oh, and look after your teeth!
@NatChat Wow, that's really nice and honest. You mentioned so many amazing and important things. We worry so much, and then we regret it when we get older. It would be amazing if we could go back and teach our younger selves these important lesson, like not to worry so much, to be brave enough to cut off contact with people who cause us pain, and to embrace our emotions (since sometimes we're not taught to be open to them).
Thanks Yuliana,
Yes I have spent a lifetime of regret, and thinking how I wish so desperately that I could/should have done things differently, reacted to certain situations and people in a more positive or rational way rather than being so impulsive and frightened.
I've avoided therapy my whole life, and today is the first day of "giving myself" that something I need. A first step to recovery, but more importantly a first step in getting to know my true self rather than this actor I've always been. I'm so done with pretending who I am. I'd like to find me.
They say its good to talk, so here I am :)
@NatChat That's amazing! I'm so happy for you, and I'm glad you're taking the first steps. Every step is important, and the first ones are the hardest. We can regret what we've done, but without those steps, we wouldn't be where we are now. The path is ahead of you, it won't be the easiest, but it's 100% worth it. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you! ✨
I’d tell my younger self,
thank you. for being you, and trying to express yourself. I’d say I’m proud of you. but mostly I’d say those friends that you think we’re your friend weren’t. and that’s okay!!!! 🫶🏻
@youcandothis0012 That's sweet. Even though we know we made some mistakes, it's absolutely okay. We know we’ve learned from them, and because of them, we are who we are💜
tyyyyyy
