If you could write a letter to your past self, what would it say?
Imagine you could send a message to the person you used to be—maybe to comfort them, give them advice, or remind them of something important. What would you say? Would you warn them about something? Tell them they’ll be okay? Or maybe just let them know they are loved?
This is a safe space to share your thoughts, reflections, and maybe even find a little closure. Feel free to write as much or as little as you want <3
@Yulianaxxp
It only gets worse, so stay strong, I know it's bad, but that isn't gonna change, I'm just as much of a child mentally as you are physically.
Hey did u just see how it all worked for your highest good ?
You suffered a lot, i have been through you, living every moment. Please accept my gratitude that u made the right choices which enabled us to reach at this wonderful state of mind. Endless benefits is what i have been rewarded just because u did the right things at taht very terrible times. I am proud of both of us !
Dear Self,
There is nothing wrong with you. You just haven't met the right kind of people yet to support you. Youll make mistakes and be happy about the lessons you learnt. Gradually youll be full of power. Don't doubt the beauty of your soul. It'll connect you to your dreams - all at the decreed time.
@Creamyyy Sometimes we tend to be too hard on ourselves, don't we? We feel like we need to be perfect, to please everyone, to be successful at everything. But we don't have to and we can't. And that's okay. It takes time to understand that. Oh, how good it would be to go back and tell our younger selves, to relieve them of that pressure✨💜
I don't think there is anything you could say to young me that would have changed anything so I'd probably just share my curl routine. Atleast I could have had great curls then too.
@Yulianaxxp I think the old man I would tell him not to trust all people right away, and that some personal things should only be said to people you trust most
I would tell him to already work on managing anxiety and not to create a bubble that creates a false reality, because in the future he will regret it.
And to work a lot on himself and not be influenced by small aspects or judgments of other people
@Giothingo21 That’s a really insightful reflection. It sounds like you've learned a lot from your experiences, and that awareness is such a powerful thing. Growth takes time, but recognizing these things is already a big step forward. Sometimes, we care so much about others that we forget about ourselves. But it’s never too late to change that💜
