I really feel the need for someone to talk to and feel understood and cared for.

I have a feeling I could do more and better and I feel sad I'm not there yet ..
I wonder if im truly loved.
I wonder if im just a useless human being.
I am physically weak. Mentally ... anxious.
Socially I dint feel how people try to ride over me. It makes me feel im inherently flawed that other people around me get treated normally but I dont.

I recently started a caregiving role for my mom as she went through a surgery and the work is so much ive crashed in a couple of days only. Im trying to get help now.
