Let's pool some ideas!

We're human. We're supposed to feel things. Sometimes, we may feel that things are too much.

What do you do to manage?

Go on a walk (weather/other circumstances permitting)? Journal?

Crochet/knit/sew?

Lego-building, perhaps?

Something else?

Let us know in the comments!

Working out is my best therapy... any type of work out.

I make bread. Kneading dough is oddly satisfying.

@colorfulSpace I wouldn't call that odd at all. Some repetitive motions can legit be satisfying.

@comfortingmusician08 Walk the beach, read a book, play soothing music like rain sounds, take a hot shower, go get a pedicure or massage, eat my favorite comfort food/meal.

Draw. Eat food xD usually sweets. Sometimes I put on a video of rain sounds...they soothe me.

Usually I write. Painful things, ugly things, all those weird emotions get written down. I tend to get rid of the writings later— theyre not to be read again. Just written once, to help me...breathe.

As a muslim I like to pray and read/listen to the Quran. Very beautiful.
