Lord tell me everything is gonna be alright
The sky looks so perfect but I feel the sky is falling.
I am exhausted
I am helpless
I am scared
My mind is spiraling out of control. Images of the worst thing happening. Feeling of how wrong I am. Hating myself for my lack of attention. The doom that could befall me.
I need a word from God. One assurance. One candle in the dark.
Something to tell me everything will be alright.
That the wrong will be corrected.
I pray, Lord watch over me. Cloak me in your light. Protect me from the shadows following me and the darkness that have nest over me. Guide me to your ladder so I may climb above the flood. Please teach me so I may build ladders and planks. Please bless me so I may find your people.
For my wrongs. For all my flaws. For my mistakes. For when I know, but choose the wrong. Lord, I ask for forgiveness.
Amen.

Hey Dreaming 🤍
I see you. I hear you. I know this feeling—the weight, the panic, the quiet terror that floods the mind when everything looks fine outside but is collapsing inside. It’s unbearable right now, I know.
There are moments when we feel invisible to the world. When the depth of what we carry has no language. When explaining feels impossible, and staying silent feels like rotting from the inside. That loneliness is real. That exhaustion is real.
For me, the only One who ever truly saw all of it was Allah. When words failed, I fell into prayer. No explanations. No sentences. Just tears. Endless tears. And somehow, in that surrender, I felt acknowledged. Heard. Held. Like my pain didn’t need translation. Like my despair, my mistakes, my sins, my guilt—all of it was already known.
I understand the grip of guilt. The habits and mistakes we swear to let go of, yet they keep returning. I understand the shame of knowing better and still falling short. That pain cuts deep.
And when you said, “I need a word from God”—I felt that in my bones. Sometimes advice means nothing. Sometimes comfort from people isn’t enough. Sometimes we’re desperate for one thing only: to hear it from Him. Just one assurance. One quiet “You’re safe. This will pass.”
You’re not weak for wanting that. You’re human.
I know you’re searching for a place to belong. For forgiveness when you can’t forgive yourself. For light when the darkness feels deserved. Please know this: you are not alone in this suffering. Not now. Not ever.
I’m here with you 🤍
Sending you warmth, calm, and gentle strength.
If I could, I’d wrap you in the longest, quietest hug.
I'M SURE, DEAR !!!! TRUST ME..... SOON EVERYTHING WILL BE ALRIGHT. Always remember that there is person here who love and care for u 💞
This pain is not permanent. This night is not endless. With time, with grace, with mercy beyond our understanding—things will be alright.
You are cared for. You are seen. You are not forgotten 💞🦋
Notice one thing, its your mind which is thinking and showing fears. You are not in this worse situation, your mind is. Do not rush to get rid of the worse thoughts, make peace with these. The more we accept and do not hurry to get out of the situation the more stable we automatically become. Literally just accept to watch/observe whatever is going on the moment we start observing these and do not try to run the thoughts/fear overwhelming thoughts, spinning of mind, it you will start to see difference. Moment by moment just be with the storm which is going on, when we do not try to stop or control these will eventually loose its power.
I had been through with a very high severity and currently in the process, I can understand and feel the situation your mind is going through. For me using the principles above I am able to keep going and its been relieving,
One thing I can tell you will get better and be absolutely fine once again my friend. YOU WILL BE ALL RIGHT IN SOME TIME!
