What’s one thing you could buy that could help with your self care, your mental state, etc?

@AnxiousOwl2025 I need that to I need rest button for my life I need to be away from my dad I would to be on the beach located someone else not in Tucson Mexico Nogales az it’s the worst I’m here I hate my dad I hate tucson the police department and fire department sometimes they don’t care take my matters seriously I’m in pain it’s very uspetting and annoying you call a mental health crisis line they ask you questions about suicide in Pima county

Essential oils ice cream cuddle a comfy blanket be with my pet listen to music and rest and seperate from someone who’s negative I live with I been with my dad for 32 years things are not going good with us at this time sometimes at night it doesn’t go well I’m tired the way my dad treats me what he does

Me too, I haven’t gotten my hair cut since the salons opened for like 5 minutes during COVID lol! I probably look like a sheepdog rn lollll
