Good rest is soo essential and Bunny deserves it too. I hope you can get some rest super soon. Please take good care of yourself and as always, try and be as kind to self as possible. There's nothing like being or feeling positive 247, someone really had a beautiful thing to say and it stuck with me, so I'll share with you too (it's been a while so I don't remember the exact words, but I remember the essence and I'll try to frame it my way for you) ~ the best part about life doesn't lie in positive or happy emotions, the best part lies in acknowledging, accepting and embracing all the emotions we feel, some aren't necessarily comfortable or easy to deal with but that's okay, we dont need to "deal" or "manage" emotions always, sometimes the best we can do is let them *be* and pass through us, at their pace.
You're allowed all emotions, and they are fully valid to feel, and express. ❤
You absolutely never have to apologize for your mental health struggles or anything at all. Somethings aren't in our control, and we shouldn't have to apologize or feel guilty about it. It's human to struggle and it's brave to speak about it. ❤
