The Strength Challenge Rules:
1. Start with a positive quote (it can be from anywhere! A book, a song, or even one you just made up while sipping coffee this morning!).
2. Share one small victory or win you’ve had lately no win is too small! Maybe you finished a task, spoke up for yourself, or just got through the day. Whatever it is, celebrate it!
