The feeling of numbness.
Everyday I wake up and I just feel empty, like there is a part missing in my life . I don't know what's wrong with me , I don't have the energy to get out of bed or get ready. I can't sleep at night anymore (it's currently 5am) . This doesn't make sense as nothing big or significant has happened in my life . I just feel nothing, honestly these days I just copy other people's behaviour so they don't think Im 'strange ' or 'weird' but I hate it . I hate it so much. I don't have anyone to turn to in my life at all . I know there is something wrong with me but I just don't know what it is. What is it? Someone please tell me before I go insane.
@navySummer4111 it doesn't matter who's had a easy life or who's had a hard one, mental health can hit us all the same 🙁I think you should talk to a doctor about this they might know how to help you best 💖 mental health is never easy to understand the best thing you can do is keep reaching out for support here, be kind to yourself, do the little things that make you smile💖 and always remember to hold onto hope 💖 gives you a giant tiny hug 💗

Sometimes you need to embrace the feeling, live with it, try your best to accept that you ain't gonna be always full of energy, Sometimes things go slow, so slow to the point you feel like you're not alive..
But this is life, sometimes white, sometimes black, sometimes gray, sometimes pink...etc
Find your new place and new world, but feeling like this doesn't necessary means something is wrong with you, look at it in a different way.. what could you learn and do in this situation?

It's perfectly normal to feel this way even if. nothing you may deem significant has happened. It is as someone has said, mental health can be impacted at any time for any reason. It sounds like you could benefit from doing some self exploration and discover what brings you joy. It doesn't have to look like something that is a social norm. Try small steps if you are able. Maybe sewing, or journaling. It can be beneficial to figure out what we truly like instead of finding out what we can like to be liked.
