Thinking of leaving cups
Ever since I aged up in November its been hard for me I've never been able to join any of the rooms because theyre all just a lot and I've tried using forums to talk with my friends from the teen side but yet I really only have one person that still talks to me from there. I dont know what to do anymore i just feel lost and like I dont belong on cups anymore. I really struggle with new things and just joining rooms to a place where I don't know anyone I know it would be too much for me. I've tried getting support but it was just thrown away and got no help at all with aging up so I really feel like people just dont want me here on cups. Even if I stay I'd most likely loose the one person I still get to talk to on here so whats even the point me being on cups if I just make friends on here then just loose them. I cant join any rooms to try make new friends and stuff so I don't know anymore. I really dont feel like i belong on cups anymore.

i had toast....gonna have mcdonalds soon....havent been able to rest...had to clean my room....and rn....kinda feel myself shutting down..as in feezing up and going non-verbal....

I'm glad you have eaten a toast 🍞, & soon the Mcdonald burger 🍔, it is filling & yummy 😋. Eating will give you energy to do things. I hope you will be able to get some rest, Kyler 😟

yeah...maybe not a burger idk yet...but i think im going to my nans for a bit after...to play a game with my cousin...because hes staying the night over there...and then ill be going home....but idk how i can go to my nans if im non-verbal...because i always have to force myself to talk...

Playing a game with your cousin sounds fun & relaxing. ☺ It will cheer you up! Perhaps tell your Nan that you feel unwell, & do not feel like talking? I'm sure she will understand, Kyler ^_^

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear you haven't been getting adequate support to ease the transition. DId you fill out the TTM form to request a mentor contact you? And did you try out the Aging Up community? If you have thoughts about what we can do better to educate and empower teens crossing over to the adult side, I'm all ears. 💗

not sure if this Will do any thing but fill out transition form to behalf Kyle today when notice that member was struggling. I am having my fingers that hopefully this time around the member would be connected with someone for real this time

Things have been alot lately and I'm rarely on cups anymore, I reach out when I can. I should really try and make more of an effort and for that I am sorry. Life has not been the kindest to me lately and I've been processing alot.

Besides the issue with it being different people in the chatrooms, what are you looking for in a room? Support? Fun chat? A type of session? Some of the adult rooms tend to have a lot of people, some are quieter. There are so many popup rooms. Suggesting a session you are interested in might convince a host or 2 😄
