@7Bear7 I don’t know how much stronger I can be. But I thank you. I picked Atlas because my personal world is heavy. Heavy with loss, heavy with tragedy….just heavy. I know EVERYONE goes through things. Before last October, I had a very normal life and enjoyed it all. November hit, life hit me hard for no reason…..on an ok positive note, I do bench a modest 300 and deadlift 475. Both personal bests. However, I’ve lost motivation in the gym and this past month I haven’t been going. Albeit, I thank you again for the compliment.

But little do they know i got the memo when the problem was on the milder side, just decided to watch a few more minutes from my show and then decided i really need to brush my teeth and then suddenly it is an emergency and i had an ooooooooooh *** moment and run out of the house just as panicked as they are 🤣
