🌙✨ finding light in the dark ✨🌙

hey everyone 🕊️

i’ve been reflecting lately on what it really means to struggle — not just the kind people see on the surface, but the kind that quietly eats at you when the world isn’t watching. the kind where getting out of bed feels like climbing a mountain, and where you’re fighting invisible battles that no one even knows exist.

i’ve had my fair share of those moments — heartbreak, loss, trauma, and nights that felt endless. i’ve been through times where i couldn’t see a way out, where the pain was louder than my own voice. but somehow… i kept going. not because it was easy, but because something inside me refused to give up completely. 🌷

as a person — and as a listener — i’ve grown so much from those struggles. i’ve learned that pain can make you softer, not weaker. that empathy is a kind of quiet superpower. and that sometimes, the best thing we can do is just be there for one another — no fixing, no forcing, just understanding. 💬

i want to ask something a little deep:

🌌 what’s one lesson your pain has taught you — something you wouldn’t have learned if life had always been kind?

i’d really love to hear your thoughts and stories. this space is safe, gentle, and open. 🌙

and if anyone ever needs someone to talk to — no matter what time, no matter how heavy it feels — my messages are always open. 💌 you’re not alone here, i promise.

My pain has taught me, it's ok to not have all the answers.

To be gentler on myself.

That sometimes life is not fair.

People are not nice.

They have bad intentions.

Not everyone has your best intentions at heart.

I deserve to be happy.

Healing is not always in a straight line

I'm stronger than I ever thought.

Trust my own instincts.

No one has your back more than yourself!

This is absolutely beautiful to read — it carries such quiet strength and grace. ✨
Your words flow like a gentle reminder that pain can shape us without defining us. 🌙
The way you’ve learned to soften toward yourself, to trust your instincts, and to see your own resilience — it’s powerful. 💫

Healing isn’t linear, but your awareness and self-compassion shine like light through the cracks. 🌿
You’re so right — not everyone will have your best intentions, but you do. And that self-trust? That’s everything. 🤍

Thank you for sharing this piece of your journey — it’s raw, real, and deeply inspiring. 🌸

@Bubbles2025

Sure 😊

Ask me a question and there is a.very long answer most of.the time!

How I learned to think of humility is knowing my right place in the world. you dont think less of yourself, you think of yourself less often. Not too big, not too small. Right sized.

When I would go through a hard time, I would struggle, fight, refuse to give up. I was going to find the answer to the problem and fix it.  All my will. My willfulness. Me me, me! I was.going to do this, or that, or maybe this. High anxiety. I was.trapped with these problems I couldn't figure out.

Then finally something would happen and i would have to stop this running around trying to control everything. Usually it was a big dose of reality something I didn't want to face, or admit, Something I didn't want to do.

At this point I was scared, I was out of options. I had tried everything I knew to do. I had to admit that I couldn't handle this on my own, I needed to reach out, ask.for.help. this brought humility, knowing I was.not God, or the spirt of the.universe, or.Buddha. this brought relief and peace. I didn't have to figure it all out, I couldn't. I was a struggling human being at the moment. That was an ok thing to be. It took the pressure off, I could live.much more freely. Be real. Just another persons with sufferings, part of the group of the human race.✨🌟💫

Thanks for asking!

I’m going to reflect on what pain has taught be recently 💕

It’s taught me it’s ok to have emotion. But keep them in check.

It’s taught me what self care is. That I DO have love for myself because I want to get better. I want to achieve these goals.

I have opened up to people and shown vulnerability. It’s come with beauty and grace.

I’m moving forward. Little by little. And that’s the way it goes. Be patient. Be proud ❤️❤️

🌷✨ Hey there lovely soul ✨🌷

Wow… your reflection truly radiates warmth and growth 💖 It’s so beautiful to see how you’re embracing pain not as something to fear, but as something that teaches and shapes you. The way you described learning to balance emotion, practice self-care, and open yourself up to connection is incredibly inspiring 🌿

Sometimes healing doesn’t look like big leaps — it’s those small, quiet steps forward that mean the most. 🌙 Each moment of self-awareness, each act of care, is proof that you’re choosing yourself again and again. 💞

Keep being patient with your journey, and never forget how far you’ve already come. You’re blooming beautifully, little by little 🌸

With love and light,

What I have learned from my pain 🌼🍃

Some people will do some very bad things and feel no remorse

People will take kindness for granted

Protect your heart because people will try to steal it

Some people will try to change you because they don't like how strong and different you are

Not everyone has the same heart and intentions as you do

Some people thrive on inflicting different levels of pain

Watch how much you share about yourself because some people abuse what you tell them

Keep your heart armored up

🌿💛 Hey sweet soul 💛🌿

This reflection holds so much truth and strength — it’s raw, real, and beautifully aware 🌙 Sometimes pain opens our eyes in the hardest but most necessary ways. What you’ve shared shows how deeply you’ve learned to protect your light, even after being hurt 🕊️

It’s heartbreaking when kindness gets taken for granted or when others try to dim your shine because it’s too bright for them. But you’re right — awareness is power. Knowing when to guard your heart and when to let love in is an art form 🌼

Just remember: protecting your heart doesn’t mean closing it. It means honoring your worth and only allowing those who value it to come close 💫

You’ve turned pain into wisdom, and that’s something truly powerful 🍃💛

With warmth and gentle strength,
✨ bubbles ✨
