i feel like i'm the most annoying person because of how I think, my words sometimes annoyed some people. I don't even like myself.
idk why, maybe it's because I feel annoyed too by their words but I didn't express it correctly so like when I got the chance I strike back with spicy words. I'm very bad at managing emotion, when I was being yelled at I just usually stayed quiet. Any advice on this? I'm aware I can be annoying, I'm not the best person with best attitude. I don't even like myself
@hopefulencounter I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. Self awareness is good thing ❤️ i can relate to you, Sometimes words come from emotions, and we say things which we don't really mean. But that doesn't mean you a bad person. The fact that you're recognising it and reflecting on it shows that you want to change. And that matters. I truly hope you find more insights here, You're not alone in this ❤️ Sending lots of love your way 🐾💕
@fossilfellow Thank you so much for saying this ❤️ it really means a lot to me. I’ve been feeling a bit heavy about it, but your words make me feel less alone. You’re right, emotions can sometimes get the best of us, but I’m glad I can take a step back and reflect on it. I’ll try to be kinder to myself through the process. Sending love back to you too 🐾💕
@hopefulencounter Hi there, it sounds like you’re really frustrated with yourself and the way you react when you feel annoyed. I hear that you’re aware of your emotions and want to handle them better that self awareness is actually a big strength. Managing emotions, especially in tense situations, is tough for everyone. Here are a few tips that might help you. Pause before responding Take a deep breath or count to five before replying. Also, Practice self compassion being hard on yourself for reacting a certain way only increases stress. Remind yourself that everyone makes mistakes and that learning to manage emotions takes time
@animalMango4301 Thank you, I really appreciate you saying that. It helps to be reminded that self-awareness is a strength, even if I still struggle in the moment. I’ll try practicing pausing and being kinder to myself when I slip up it makes me feel less alone knowing it’s something everyone works on. 😄🧡
