@AReineRose 7 years old, I would tell myself that my flower crowns I make in the yard are beautiful and that playing with toy ponies is an amazingly fun hobby

I've recently communed with my 17 year old self during shadow work. I told her I wished she could be herself, not what she thinks everyone else wants her to be. It was really emotional -- we hugged a lot
I would give a giaaant hug to myself too

What age would I talk to would be 17 year old me and I would sit down and have a nice long conversation with her and give her hug as well and tell her don't settle for anything less than your worth.

I would talk to my age of 16 years . That’s when things started to get rough for me more and more around that time .
