Hey guys!

 💌 Let’s do something sweet today:  💌

Share one little win you had this week.
Meaningful things that remind you you’re growing.

Maybe you made your bed, took a deep breath before reacting, drank water with lemon and felt fancy, etc.

Whatever it is, it counts. You count.

I’ll go first:
💗 I finally journaled after avoiding it for weeks. It was only 5 minutes, but it helped.

Your turn I’d love to hear what’s keeping you going!

@MiaWithLove That’s amazing!  Even 5 minutes is a powerful start — it’s not about how long but that you showed up for yourself.

My win this week is that I meditated. I used to have a regular practice but somewhere along the way I fell off track. And this week, I finally started again. It felt really good to return to that space.

Someone said something mean, and I took a deep breath and didn't react.

@MiaWithLove I stopped having anxiety-causing body aches. I don't know what fixing I did in my subconscious but I did something right somehow. 😃

I let myself eat more soul food this week ( I feel pretty guilty but not as guilty as I used to)

I did not give up on work despite having lot of anxiety about my performance. I tell myself this will get better with time and I will just give my best. Trying to face my fears.
