The ABCssss of Self-Care! 🥰
Hey hey everyone, hope this post finds you doing well. 💛
Care to join me in this collaborative game where we build an alphabetical list of self-care activities, tips, or concepts? 🥰
How to play?
Each person will contribute one item, starting with the next letter of the alphabet.
Here's how it works:
I'll start with 'A'.
The next person will share a self-care idea that starts with 'B'.
Then 'C', and so on!
You can share anything that helps you feel better, recharged, or more balanced. It can be a physical activity, a mental practice, an emotional strategy, or anything else that falls under your definition of self-care. 💛
Consize answers are welcome, but feel free to add a tiny bit of context if you like (e.g., "M - Meditating for 5 minutes, helps clear my head!").
If we get stuck on a letter, someone can jump in, or we can collaboratively brainstorm for that letter. If we complete the alphabet, we can always start over or pick a new topic!

@Amanda84 this probably means that I should think of something that starts with Y xx I believe that two things I can think of are Yard work and Yarn. Yard work meaning spending time in nature, taking flowers, garden, animals and plants. Yarn meaning crocheting which is something that relaxes me a lot, all of these activities are so relaxing and wonderful!

More ideas are always welcome and omigosh yessss, I’m a firm believer that Christmas is a mindset and reminding self that Xmas is near can be truly so uplifting at times! Good one, Amanda! We started the game again so hopefully you’ll see at the time of another letter this time lol or just subscribe to the thread and add one whenever! 🫂💖

Wooo - hooooooo!!! Thank you for remembering me and oh yes, indeed....I love aromatherapy as a part of self care! Will be taking a hot bubble bath today and with some extra love for myself by throwing in a "bath bomb" too!
Afterwards, hey now, I'll be lighting a scented candle to truly transition from the work day to relaxation time. Serenity now.....serenity now! 😁

D- decide to start your day well, a good and healthy breakfast, a warm shower, and doing something you love, getting your day off to a good start lifts your mood for the whole day 💜🥰
