Peer Appreciation Programme
Hello Amazing Community,
My name is Bunny from the Peer Appreciation Programme (AKA a smile spreader!)
The Peer Appreciation Programme has been growing *massively*. In the last few months, we have been trying super hard to increase the number of appreciations to spread more smiles. Our lovely SL's (Tabby, Fristo and Gloria) have also lead the team beautifully and looking at new ways to grow and develop our team! We created new ways to look at how we can more people involved. For example , The Appreciation Avengers.
For those who don't know, or are new the Peer Appreciation Programme are a team of people who aim to spread smiles and appreciate the people in our community! We use graphics and designs and make appreciation for people special! Because everyone is wonderful and we all deserve a smile!
For you to appreciate someone who has been helpful to you, supported you or been an amazing person you can spread a smile by appreciating them using this form.
Lets appreciate someone today!

I have encountered it.
Fristo has shoved the appreciation form at me a few times. He was surprised when I had no use for it.
Appreciation is not a skill everyone has.

I can understand that. We don't all know how to appreciate someone. And some people see it as a skill. But just by telling someone something like they deserve love or they are doing really well can really make a difference! it doesnt have to be long paragraphs or anything! you could just tell someone you appreciate them!

It may be out of your experience but the act of telling someone that I appreciate them is off-putting. It makes me feel sick to my stomach and gives me the same chills you get when an unwanted stranger touches you, and sadness but there is always sadness.
