Thank you community. Thank you, leaders. Thank you to everyone who took any small step in the month of august to bring a positive difference in their own life or in others lives through their compassionate thoughts and support.
I am glad to share that we spotted 197 community leaders in the month of August who went above and beyond in their roles to support the community. A big shout out to them for all their thoughts and efforts to make our community a better place every day.

Awww, this is so sweet, and before responding to the questions, I would really want to thank all the whole community, not just community leaders, for their continuous support and all their work!! And here are my responses to the questions:
What is one thing you learn in your role in August?
I actually joined the teen community star team in early August, so there was definitely a lot of different things that I learned involving my role as a teen community star. I learned the most effective way to post icebreakers, improved my writing skills for forum discussions, hosted events, and most importantly, I really understood about how we can all continue to learn more and more! At this time, I want to give a huge thank you to many of the community leaders that helped me through this process as well as the community itself for being so supportive and understanding :)
What is one tip you would like to share with our community?
One of the main things I want to more of remind, than really share, is that our community is built not just with these leaders; it's really about each and everyone in the community collaborating, encouraging, supporting, and even lifting our spirits up!!
And once again, a huge thank you all the community leaders for their amazing work, and thank you to the whole community for being very supportive and encouraging!

What is one thing you learnt in your role in August?
I delved back into the group support rooms in August and was able to interact with members there more often again. As a result, I learned how to listen in group support again and be supportive of members there!
What is one tip you would like to share with our community?
Be patient and gentle with yourself, especially if you're taking on roles! It can be tempting to get involved in everything at once, but that often leads to rapid burnout.

What is one thing you learn in your role in August?
I learned that having deescalation skill is very important. Having important resources is important. I should be quick and attentive and calm at the same time in my roles.
What is one tip you would like to share with our community?
It is overwhelming sometimes to have so many roles. I have very fee but i hope you all you got a shout-out are taking care of your health before anything else. Have great weekend ahead! 😊

Self-care and boundaries have a deeper meaning, once you really follow them

What is one thing you learn in your role in August?
I just started my role as Mentor Leader, and it was really challenging and fun at the same time. I learnt a lot about how everything needs to be done carefully but also on time.
What is one tip you would like to share with our community?
Time management and working in time is the key for getting things done and not feeling burden on yourself.

I can understand being on the list being a shock or surprise. Or thinking it's a mistake. 
Each time I've seen you, you've been helping someone in a group support room. You don't have to have a leadership role or even realize you're being a leader to lead and help. *hugs* Hope this made sense. You're wonderful!
