To have a positive attitude:)
@Deliriousatmistakes
Yes!! A positive mind is always good :D
I need to love myself. Once I do that, everything will fall into place. I have to forgive myself for what I've done and remember to refrain from said actions.
@Zubb999
That's encouraging, that you'll forgive yourself while remembering to keep from doing whatever those actions might be. It sounds like a balanced perspective. :) Take care.
@Zubb999
Thats great! Loving yourself is necessary to be able to lead a happy life. At least in my opinion. Because if you dont love yourself then you question your actions.
That I have some people that care about me.
@tealWater5532 I care :)
@tealWater5532
:)There are always people who care about you :)
Acppecting my self and struggles
@deaddpoool
Glad to hear. *hugs* Don't stop fighting.
@deaddpoool
Yes :) true.
Just having someone to talk to anytime helps tremendously.
@dapperGrapes8831
That's fantastic! That you have people to talk to at any time first, and second that it's been helping. :)
@dapperGrapes8831
It really really does :)
Mistakes are ment to be made. If not, people wouldn't have had what to learn from.
@WhiteBearClub
Interesting way to think of it. :)
I've learned that no matter how small, lonely, insignificant, down or depressed that I feel, I am always worth living and never giving up on my life.
@jasonyut
You are. You are a rockstar!! Precious and loved. So many people care about you that you dont even realize. You are worth living. Keep letting your light shine!
Lots of love
Kay
@jasonyut
It's wonderful, that you can begin having this realization that despite feeling small, there's still a place for you in the world. I hope you'll recall having had this feeling when you need it.
Although I may be moving a little too fast through my path. I am learning to let go of certain things and I am learning how to confide to others, I always have held onto things too tightly, and not allowed anyone to help me.
@Jules3lise
Thats awesome!! Keep it up!!!
@Kayrosesnowflake
Thank you! A lot of my progress is thanks to group therapy on my college campus. It is really helping me work through things.
Step 87 ... I'm so enjoying the way mindfullness is now a daily part of my routine, ever since my discharge from hospital after learning about it there I've wanted to find a way to put this into practise and now I am.
@InkStainedFingers
Yayy!! And congrats!! So glad you have learned that. Its i.portant:)
@Kayrosesnowflake .. Thank you for your words, they brought a smile, which hasn't been seen in a few weeks. Mindfulness it's absolutely wonderful and one of the best things I've ever understaken as a learned skill.
There's a ways to go as there are a few off shoots I'm going to tackle mindful eating (being the bigest one) for now in a few days. I'm not a picky eater by any stretch I just go through moments I don't eat for a few days then binge hard, one major real time worry for me, because it's habitual now and I never even realised it as I was going through the other chaos and such in my life.
@InkStainedFingers
I believe in you! You can doit :D and its not easy but you have to persevere. :D I am still soo happy that you are smiling :) you are a superstar and doing amazing here! Im here forbyoubif you ever need anything.
@InkStainedFingers - Are you coping okay now that you have to get used to things again outside of hospital?
@Chiaroscuro1
It's both been good and bad, I'm utilising my support networks better than I have before, 292 days since I was allowed to go home, and, 216 days since I started my job which I never thought I'd get (that has helped in many ways totally unseen). I know it's now all about management of over totally going into everything that's out there without what is being done behind the scenes.
@InkStainedFingers - I can well understand that there would have been difficult times, but it sounds like you are really coping well and finding your way. Well done. And if you need help, we are here for you.
@Chiaroscuro1
It wasn't the easiest of beginnings (this time round) but I'm much better for it, thank you for your words of support.
A little compassion goes a long way. Thanks to so many caring folks. Special props to Mercedes, an awesome listener.
@Pacem
So true. Co.passio. does a lot :D
