I'm learning to take time for me and accept what I can and can't control
@Angtalk5 So proud of you! Every little thing we do is for the better! :)
I have no idea. All I've been taught so far is acknowledgement. I've done plenty of that myself...
@Rucbr434 I am so proud of all the effort and hard work you are putting into getting help. Regardless if you believe it or not, everything counts
Surrounding myself with positive and supportive people.
@sacto Postive and supportive people help in the long run!
Meditation is a great way to reduce anxiety and other doubts you may have! It's gotten me through a lot of mental breakdowns
@amh1994 Meditation is seriously a great thing. It helps relieve your body of all stress. I'm so glad you are able to do this for yourself!
@GlenM to find help when I need it, no matter how big or small the issue.
@cdbmusic That is great! Finding help or helping others no matter the issue is a great way to not only help them, but feel good that you were able to
I'm going to accept myself and I'm going to let her and the child I'll never know go. My life didn't end.
@greenLychee6918 Self accetpance is the best thing anyone can do! It's really difficult but you were able to find it! I am so proud of you and keep up the positive attitude!
To let out and accept my feelings rather than suppress and try to ignore them.
@tealWater5532 It's always better to vent them instead of keeping them bottled up! If you do not have osmeone to talk to, you can always write them out! It really helps
Having ADHD really does affect my life since everyone that I told about my ADHD doesn't know the struggles and don't acknowledge ADHD as a syndrome that's hard to overcome. Thus, making my addiction and bad habits worse. However, in previous thread I myself should remind myself the things that I possess that I should appreciate and cherish. Reminding them can boost my mood and motivates me a lot.
@ForAllahforAyfa I am in love with your post! Despite your diffiuclties, you know how to keep your head up and look for the positives! You are truly a great role model! We all have difficulties that we endure and we all need to be like you, learn to accept them and know how to live with them
I'm worth it :)
