Generally, I am finding that it's ok to miss a step from time to time especially when life is busy and good, but that I miss it if it goes too long and I miss my streak but that's OK.

Also, got some news about an old family secret that I think I'm still digesting and I'll probably look for a good listener to talk to about it soon.

What I have learned so far from 7 Cups:

I've been here for three days. I've learned that talking to a sympathetic person in real time on 7 cups is more helpful to me than leaving messages and waiting to hear back for days on talkspace.

Accept others for who they are but also accept who you are.
