Continuing to get better, min by min.
Living in the moment is so important! Healing and recovery come minute by minute, you're right. There's no point, in my opinion, of living in the "past" or in the "future." @cherrybean
Thanks. It's so hard to do but wort it. @lynjen
@lynjen I love this! there's no changing the past or predicting the future, there's no opportunity for growth like the present moment. #liveinthenow
@motherofcobras
Nicely said.
@cherrybean cheering you on! that's so awesom! we are here if you need any extra encouragement :)
it helps me to remember that success isn't a straight line, it zig zags, peaks and slopes, it doesn't matter as long as were going up.
Through this journey I have learned I am worth more than I think everyone is.
@Frizz kitty I often do not treat or talk to myself the way I treat or talk to others! thanks for the reminder I'm so happy you have realized this :)
@GlenM
That it's totally normal to accept the fact that you need help in order to feel better eventually.
@OutdoorsGeek That's true, and helping feels great for the one giving it too. :)
love myself first
@manicTraveler Self-love is the bomb. Good on you. :)
I let myself accept that things done to me were not my fault.
@Emmyhere It's great to hear that you've realized that for yourself. :)
I've learned that i'm not alone
@dapperBike2698 so true. I'm happy that you have support, and we are always here for you too.
I've learned that I can actually take care of myself the way that I want to, and that I am worth being taken care of.
@justanothersunset oh my goodness this is perfect. I've been learning this tooooo.... good for you!!
I learned that I should compliment myself some more. It was so difficult to think of things I did good, but it made me feel happy once I did.
I am on step 90 and I have learned that I can accomplish so much more than I ever thought I could.
