I learned that I did the right thing for my health by buying prepackaged food.
I can be beautiful, smart, wonderful, and myself without anyone's approval. It is up to me.as long as I love Myself, I know that know one can change it . As long as I keep it up , even though it can quite the task sometimes , it is worth it :-)
