I have the right to decide.
@LittleGirlBlue23 Yes you do. It is your life my friend. :)
@GlenM
So far I've learned that I should give myself a lot more credit than I do. Life has been throwing so much at me lately that I feel completely overwhelmed, like I'm constantly underacheiving. In retrospect, I've handled it all pretty well. I don't have to constantly be making huge leaps of progress towards my goals, and doing "nothing" doesn't necessarily indicate a lack of progress either.
I've learnt how absolutely astounding and ground breaking this site is. It's a site that uses a dual-pronged attack on all things mental health related - it generously gives tools to people to help them get themselves up and out of a situation but responsibly offers professional help to do so if required. As a result this site is bursting at the seams with people who want to proactively help themselves and others rather than merely dwell on and compare problems. This site and its founders deserve all the accolades and funding they can manage. I've never heard of this site before and I would love to see it being recommended as a supplement to healthcare in the UK's NHS. Long live 7 cups and many, many thanks for all the hard work that's gone into this project.
Step 60. I've learned that small steps every day really can amount to a lot of progress. I've learned that there will be good days and bad days. Neither one lasts forever. I am responsible for my happiness.
I've realised how many people actually care about me
@Confusedteenager420072 that's wonderful!
130 cups! I'm learning that it doesn't take long to take control of any situation once you put the effort into it. One step at a time. Or one cup at a time
Step 488; I am learning how to make things work
Step 60!
Learning to handle the bad with a level head and thoughtful actions.
focus on the things that matter :)
