I've learned that talking to people and opening up to them, isn't as scary as I think it is and most times they won't intentionally hurt me.

I never knew that you could choose to love someone and change your mind...

I always imagined that there would be a place like this. Today I finally discover 7 cups of tea and I hope that this will lead me in a positive direction. Hopefully, in the direction that I've been wanting to go in for a long time.

This is actually exactly what i was looking for. Great feedback. mostly nice people. Its been surprisingly easy to connect to people on group chat and everyone seems to actually listen and give legit advice

I learned that life is a process, but progress is not necessary if you learn to feel ok with what is now. Although I feel like if I don't go one step forward, I'm stepping onefootstep back. But that's only because of the correlation I give to it. I've "learned" this, I understand, but it's still really hard to change my mindset about it cause I always set the bar to high for myself, and I can never reach it, and when I do, I'm not even satisfied. It feels weird typing things.. Could someone help me to convert the things I've learned into reality? (Look at this, I just learned something, and I'm not satisfied..)

I think I can relate to some of the things that you said, specifically setting the bar way to high.

Feel free to chat with me if that helps you in any way.

Hi thanks for your reaction! It really feels for someone to understand the thing I feel and think. I would love to talk to you in like a private chat thing, but unfortunatelly it don't know how this works :D Could you help?

I've learnt that sometimes the best thing that has do be done for yourself, is to help others and also, never feel less of a person if you ask for help...
