Sometimes,i really hate my self for being what i am. I really feel like i am the worst performer in the world, as i do not have anyone around me or ask me anything.

I help out people and sometimes i feel that they take me as a granted that i help them when they are in need.

I just want to change myself which is the biggest challange i am facing throughout.

Milestone: I've started looking at things a little more rationally

can any one help me to get out all this shit of relation shipss,,,how to forget som1...its seems dt thr is nthing exist wd the name dts called""real love""...its all way to make u fool nd nthing else....i m getting stuck wd other person who just refreshing his mind wd my feelings?????????

I'm not exactly sure what the Growth Path is, but if I treat it as what I've learned since joining 7 cups, I can say I've learned that being in an environment, even if it's just an online chat, where I can be open and honest about who I am is extremely valuable to me right now.

As a relative newcomer I've also seen quite a high degree of cliquey behaviour in the chat rooms but rather than feeling lonely or disillusioned it's made me try to be more conscious of and welcoming to new people in the rooms who may be feeling even more isolated than I am.
