I can understand the feeling. But have you ever experienced that time when you think of a word so much so that it looses it's meaning. That's really fascinating to me.

I've learned how to deal with anxiety, pain and suffering. I've also learned how to be mindful about everything that happens around me... I'm very thankful that I've found this app/site!

I have found out how important it is to just stop and think, take a breath and calm down. It feels nice.. I've never really felt that way before
